I know... Not the best answer. Lol! But we definitely didn't skip any meals as part of a plan by any means.. Probably more for convenience sake. emily.dillbeckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06019316415750298536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-72738791979207722262015-06-12T15:43:57.360-07:002015-06-12T15:43:57.360-07:00I am just looking int Whole 30 and wanted to check...I am just looking int Whole 30 and wanted to check out some menus. Yours are great and I think I could do this, but am wondering if the days where you don't list a meal does it mean we skip this meal that day or do you just ue leftovers?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-15592948766329666692015-06-08T21:48:44.037-07:002015-06-08T21:48:44.037-07:00Hi Emily!

Do you have the recipes for some of these things anywhere or what seasonings you used? It didn't have any carrageenan (which was the only brand I found that didn't) or sugar and met all the other whole30 qualifications. I think now there is a silk: unsweetened vanilla that (if I remember correctly) doesn't have any sugar and also meets whole30 standards. I'm not 100% sure on that last one because when we did whole30 I hadn't found that particular flavor. Hope that helps! emily.dillbeckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06019316415750298536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-47580243724664299962014-10-05T19:54:04.902-07:002014-10-05T19:54:04.902-07:00I know this is an older post, but wondered if you ...I know this is an older post, but wondered if you might tell me what brand of almond milk you purchased for your son? I am finding that any of the almond milks in cartons are not whole30 compliant?beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08022901212033169030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-34673512245021100762014-05-12T10:42:04.356-07:002014-05-12T10:42:04.356-07:00During the Whole30 we followed it strict with him ...During the Whole30 we followed it strict with him and eliminated all dairy. Gave him almond milk and calcium rich foods (like broccoli, kale, oranges, etc...) It honestly was amazing to me how many veggies this kid would eat every day...he would actually request broccoli for breakfast! So during that time period I wasn't concerned with him being calcium deficient. After Whole30 was over (and since that time) we continued with almond milk and started introducing SOME dairy options back in. Currently we are still completely off of cows milk and on occasion he has cheese or yogurt. As long as he has a balanced amount of the calcium rich veggies, almond milk, and the occasional cheese or yogurt there are zero concerns (between myself or his doctor). And at 8 months later, still off of cows milk, we have NONE of the issues he's was previously dealing with. emily.dillbeckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06019316415750298536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-13230879836593853052014-05-12T08:35:25.451-07:002014-05-12T08:35:25.451-07:00What do you give your 1 yr old for milk instead of...What do you give your 1 yr old for milk instead of cow's milk. A note ...I'm so glad to hear these have helped! A note on the coffee creamer: I didn't try this until just recently, but if you push the creamer through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth before you use it, it will eliminate some grittiness (from the dates)... It's still delicious if you don't, but straining it gets it even one step closer to the creamers we're all used to. Enjoy!emily.dillbeckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06019316415750298536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1778083712758556102.post-55577741845655103482014-01-04T16:04:11.585-08:002014-01-04T16:04:11.585-08:00These posts are so very helpful.
